Custom online work orders need to be accompanied by dimensions, style and a
picture or sketch of the space the piece will be placed in.
This gives the ability to work with your existing decor and color
schemes.

If the design is created at the studio there will be a design fee due in
advance.

This design is yours if you choose to have the work done elsewhere.

Prices will differ according to sizes and designs.

If the work is done by Terrapin Studio, there will be a
10% discount off the
design fee.

Understand that no two designs, pieces of wood or glass are alike and colors may vary,
since everything has it's own unique characteristic.

Before work commences on a project, a signed
approval and a 50% deposit will be required.

A
picture of the project will be forwarded during the creation process.

Once the project is completed, the balance will be
required along with shipping costs before the piece leaves the studio.
